    2023 SEASONAL RATES

  • 2023 seasonal rates with Water, Hydro, & Sewer are: $1480.00 + 192.40 (HST) = $1672.40 . Seasonal rate is for lease holder(s) and unmarried children or grandchildren attending school. Children over the age of 18 are considered adult and not attending school will be charged the regular guest fees.
  • Additional fee for over sized trailers and water front sites.
  • If the park is your legal mailing address in Canada, a charge of $100 per month applies to your lease, May and October counts as 1 month.The first $100 payment is due June 1st and the first of every month until October.
  • OR you stay longer than 21 consecutive nights, a $100 charge will apply.
  • The storage fee will be charged as the first late payment.
  • A guest fee of $10.00 per night is charged for each additional person over the age of 10 years old up to a maximum of 2 persons. Above 2 persons is $15.00 for each additional person. Site leaser is responsible for registering and paying for guests upon their arrival. Non-related children under the age of 10 are $2.50 per day.
  • Use of trailer without owner being present is considered a sublet and subject to $30.00 per night for 2 persons. Above 2 persons is an additional $15.00 per person to a maximum of 4 adults.
  • A deposit, reflecting the storage fee states below, will be required by October 15th to hold a site for the next season. It will be credited towards the next season's fee.
  • Any additional refrigerators or electrical equipment stored outside your trailer must be locked in a storage shed and a fee of $125.00 + HST will be charged at the beginning to the season.
  • Air conditioner are not allowed to be used.
  • Electric heaters are not allowed to be used.
  • Hot water tanks must be run on propane (LP)NOT Hydro. You have 20 amps of hydro and hot water tanks use too much hydro and can cause your hydro line to burn off in the ground. You will pay for all damage caused.
  • Off season rate is $10.00 per day (before May 15th and after October 15th).
  • If a seasonal site is not taken for the next season, a storage fee of $250.00 for trailers and $100.00 for deck and additional outbuildings will be charged. These fees are due and the site must be vacated by May 14th, 2024 or next season's fee will be charged.
  • Fees are due May 15th, 2023. Cheque, cash, money order, or e-transfer are accepted. Credit cards are not accept to pay deposits or site fee. The deposit becomes a winter storage fee if payment of site fee is not paid by May 24th. PLUS a late fee of $50.00 will be charged after May 25, 2023 AND 2% the first of every month thereafter and is compounded. Entry to the park will be restricted if fee remains unpaid beyond July 1st. Payment arrangements can be made before May 14th but never after.
  • Proof of liability insurance is required. THIS IS REQUIRED!!!!

RULES

  • No electric heaters.
  • Limit of one (1) vehicle per site. Additional vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking area. Trailers used for hauling goods are to be parked in storage lot and removed by the end of your stay.
  • Boat trailers are to be stored in the storage lot and remain for the season. Please confirm with Jay where the trailer is to be stored.
  • Only ONE additional tent to the main unit allowed for sleeping or dining. We would ask that these tents be taken down when not in use.
  • All docks currently in place are the responsibility of the seasonal lease holder who owns them. Any dock configuration changes or shoreline placement changes must be approved by Lynwood Resort. All new dockage must be pre-approved by Lynwood Resort.
  • Permission is needed before adding to your site or digging because of buried water, hydro lines and building restrictions in place by the Township.
  • Subletting must be approved by management. Subletting refers to any person staying on your site when the lease holders are not present. Our regular daily or weekly campsite rate will be charged. The lease holder is responsible for paying for the sublet. Payment must be paid in advance of your sublets arrival. Management reserves the right to reject any person's who do not follow Park rules.
  • Quiet time is 11:00 pm. After this hour, noise must not be heard beyond your site. Children under the age of 16 years old must be on their camp site by 11:00 pm unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Children are the responsibility of the adult they are staying with and should be supervised at all time.
  • Beaches are unsupervised. Swim and enjoy water activities at your own risk.
  • Pets MUST be tied or leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed on the beach, playground or recreation centre. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.
  • Trailers and belongs left on the site through the winter will be the responsibility of the lease holder. However, Lynwood management will attempt to report any damages from winter storms.
  • It is understood that each lease holder will have their own insurance covering trailer, boats, motors, equipment, outbuildings, decking docks and contents for loss or damage due to fire, theft, collision, vandalism or loss of any sort for the full 12 months of the year and absolves Lynwood Resort and its owners of any responsibility.
  • If the police are called due to your misconduct, you will not be allowed to return to the property.
  • Charges are for the use of the site and storage spaces only. The proprietors (leasers) assume NO responsibility for the safe custody of any trailer, contents, equipment, accessories or other chattels left on the site or storage area, nor for any damage caused to the above referred items however caused due to negligence or otherwise. All trailers, content, equipment, accessories or chattels being left or stored in all respects entirely at owner’s risk. Proprietor (leaser) are not responsible for loss, damage or injury suffered by any person including invited or uninvited guest during their stay and use of facilities at Lynwood Resort for any reason whatsoever including negligence on the part of the proprietor (leaser), agents, servants or employees.
  • All trailer sales on site MUST go through the office and are subject to 5% commission. New trailer owners must be approved by the owners of Lynwood Resort. Free trailer advertising provided on our web site.
  • All garbage needs to be sorted and recycled accordingly. We do not accept anything beyond regular house garbage.The dumpster is only to have kitchen waste, doggy bags, diapers and female hygiene products in a small, CLEAR garbage bags or white kitchen catcher bags. Recycling MUST be sorted and does NOT accept any paper or cardboard products, milk cartons or juice boxes, burn them. Anyone caught not following these rules will not be allowed to use our garbage and recycling and will need to take their garbage and recycling home. All non-household garbage (BBQ's, tanks, furniture, appliances, etc.) should be taken home or can be disposed of at the Regional Transfer Station & Recycling Center @ 775 Hwy 592N, Hours of Operation 8am-4pm, closed Wednesday & Thursday.
  • Anyone caught disobeying the rules will not have their lease renewed and will need to remove all their belongings.
